  • STRADVISION is the FIRST deep-learning based technology start-up company in the world who has obtained ASPICE CL2 certification in 2019.
  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).   
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
  • About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role]

Driving Application Engineer is a customer-facing technical role based in India, responsible for supporting OEM and Tier-1 customers while coordinating closely with Headquarters engineering teams.

This role focuses on technical communication, requirement alignment, and engineering coordination to ensure successful deployment and performance of camera-based ADAS perception systems.

Candidates with ADAS experience and familiarity with the Indian automotive ecosystem are strongly preferred.



[Key Responsibilities]

  • Customer Technical Interface
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for OEM and Tier-1 customers in India
  • Support technical discussions on system performance, requirements, and limitations
  • Deliver clear and structured communication of issues, status, and improvement plans
  • Support PoC, evaluation, and vehicle demonstration activities
  • Engineering Coordination (India <> HQ)
  • Act as a bridge between customer and HQ engineering teams (Algorithm, System, Validation)
  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical inputs for internal teams
  • Coordinate issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution across regions
  • Ensure timely and accurate feedback loop between customer and development teams
  • Performance Monitoring & Issue Support
  • Support vehicle testing and performance evaluation activities
  • Analyze system performance and identify gaps or abnormal behavior
  • Provide structured inputs for root cause analysis (data, logs, scenario description)
  • Follow up on issue resolution until closure
  • Localization & Requirement Alignment
  • Capture India-specific driving conditions and customer requirements
  • Support adaptation of ADAS perception systems for local environments
  • Provide insights on edge cases (e.g., mixed traffic, unclear lanes, animals, complex scenarios)
  • Technical Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare regular technical reports, issue summaries, and status updates
  • Support internal and customer reviews with clear data-driven analysis
  • Maintain structured documentation of issues, requirements, and improvements



[Basic Qualifications]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in ADAS, automotive systems, or vehicle integration
  • Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 customers
  • Basic understanding of camera-based ADAS perception systems
  • Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (customer-facing role)



[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Based in India or prior experience in the Indian automotive industry
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering roles (Application / Field / Resident Engineer)
  • Understanding of Indian road environments and edge cases
  • Knowledge of camera systems, ISP, and calibration
  • Familiarity with ADAS regulations (AIS, NCAP)
  • Experience supporting PoC, evaluation, or SOP programs
