  • STRADVISION is the FIRST deep-learning based technology start-up company in the world who has obtained ASPICE CL2 certification in 2019.
  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).   
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
  • About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role]

  • As a Recruiter, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. You have superior communication skills with customer service mind, take initiative and are resourceful in tracking down information and unafraid to ask questions. You will be responsible for leading recruiting projects and sourcing candidates for openings and partnering with hiring managers, recruiting coordinators, and candidates to navigate the hiring process. In this role, you will develop and recruiting strategies to identify best-in-class talent from global automotive markets for openings. This includes identifying and approaching candidates, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and building talent pools of high-potential candidates. 

 

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy 
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc 
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications 
  • Provide a consultative approach to sourcing and talent pipeline development 
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally 
  • Actively participate in various recruiting projects and events  


[Basic Qualifications] 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience gained within a results-oriented setting preferably in a fast-growing tech startup environment 
  • Highly analytical with a strong understanding of complex Boolean search 
  • Ability to consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders 
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules and projects efficiently, especially in a fast-paced environment 
  • A proven team player with excellent communication skills
