As we are focused on securing differentiated technologies, we are actively conducting research and development with engineering experts, who make up than 85% of all employees. We have acquired 190 + patents and filed more than 700+ patents in Korea, the United States, Europe, and Japan.

- STRADVISION is the FIRST deep-learning based technology start-up company in the world who has obtained ASPICE CL2 certification in 2019.
- STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).
- STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
- About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role]
- As a Project Management Intern at StradVision, you will support the management and execution of Autonomous Driving (AD) and Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the project lifecycle while gaining hands-on experience in technical project management. You will assist in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards aimed at customer satisfaction.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Assist in directing the full project lifecycle, supporting coordination with technical teams such as data engineers, software engineers, and validation engineers.
- Help in managing communications with project stakeholders, including preparing updates and meeting materials.
- Aid in tracking project progress and assist in adapting plans to meet evolving needs.
- Attend and take notes in essential meetings, supporting the facilitation of discussions and ensuring alignment and progress.
- Assist in ensuring that project activities adhere to established standards and processes.
- Manage Jira and Confluence for project documentation and communication, including reviewing Jira tickets and following up on action items to ensure timely progress and updates.
[Basic Qualifications]
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with expected graduation within the next 1-2 years.
- Demonstrated interest in the automotive industry and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Familiarity with software development processes and the automotive industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
[Program Details]
- Duration: 3 months with the possibility of an extension or transition to a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
