  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).   
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
  • About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Manage Business Data and CRM System Maintenance (35%)
  • CRM System Operations & Maintenance: Serve as the Salesforce admin user, ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM system, including system maintenance and ongoing improvement.
  • System Administration: Handle the daily administration of Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date, clean, and accurate.
  • User Feedback & System Improvement: Gather feedback from business team users and manage change requests to continuously improve CRM features.
  • Agency Communication: Liaise with external agencies for system inquiries and feature enhancements.
  • Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Run monthly sales operations meetings to verify CRM data accuracy, handle AR items, and address key sales operations reminders.
  • Website Business Inquiry Registration: Oversee the registration of business inquiries from the website into the CRM system.
  • Maintain and Support Sales Operations Processes (25%)
  • Sales/Business Development Support: Provide operational support to sales and business development managers, including tracking NDA expirations, managing NDA signing, and preparing company profile documentation for customers.
  • Efficiency & Integrity Improvement: Work to improve the efficiency and integrity of sales data and materials using tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Revenue and Billing Management: Coordinate project registrations in Salesforce and SAP, submit billing requests, and ensure that AR items are followed up on with the team.
  • Report Creation & Management: Collaborate with internal teams to generate regular reports related to revenue forecasts and business planning.
  • Business Reports & Dashboards, Market Data Analysis (30%)
  • Revenue Forecasting: Lead monthly revenue forecasting efforts, aligning datasets with internal teams (e.g., Accounting, FP&A, PM teams) and ensuring accuracy.
  • Quarterly Sync Meetings: Facilitate quarterly meetings with the CBO, VP of BD, and Accounting Manager to review sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business strategies.
  • Pipeline & Production Reports: Generate and distribute monthly pipeline reports and quarterly production project sales reports.
  • Market Data Analysis: Analyze raw market data using tools like Excel or CSV files to produce insightful visualizations and pivot tables that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Support Company-Wide Process Setup & Certification (10%)
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Support internal controls and contribute to maintaining ISO certificates, ensuring the company adheres to due diligence processes for IPO or investment readiness.


[Basic Qualifications] 

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination (e.g. business planning, sales operations or sales finance role) 
  • Understanding of supplier nomination process and/or cost structure of software development project in automotive industry         
  • Expert ability to analyze data and organize it into useful information 
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics related to new project acquisition and (SW development) project execution 
  • Ability to adapt, adjust, and move with speed to execute on priorities; Strong time and project management skills 
  • Strong and professional communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation; business level of English 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership as well as diverse stakeholders in different levels in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.

  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
  • Knowledge or experience in the software, AI, or automotive industries.
