  • STRADVISION is the FIRST deep learning based technology start-up company in the world who has obtained ASPICE CL2 certification in 2019.
  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’ (Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row (2021, 2022).
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August 2022.
  • About 500+ patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe, along with 710+ pending patents to go. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role]

  • The primary task of this role is to build and maintain relationships between Stradvision and investors (or potential investors) in the domestic/foreign capital market. As such, the candidate will not only be required to communicate with shareholders, but will also be required to undertake governance related work such as shareholder meetings and board meetings, and share related work such as stock option exercises. After helping the C-levels to successfully complete the IPO, the candidate will also be responsible for disclosure.


[Key Responsibilities]

  • Understand and explain the company's financial and business conditions to domestic/foreign investors.
  • Collaborate and operate on IPO procedures with the organizer.
  • Operate shareholder meetings and board meetings.
  • Prepare IR materials and content, including monitoring disclosure regulations and compliance.
  • Take charge of IR and disclosure responsibilities post-IPO.
  • Manage stock option-related operational tasks, such as sending notifications to eligible individuals, registration methods.


[Basic Qualifications]

  • 5+ years of experience in IR.
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) or higher
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Active and positive attitude / Good internal & external communication skill


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Listing (IPO) experience or related curriculum.
  • Utilize and manage the Quota Book (a program for managing securities in unlisted companies)
