  • STRADVISION is the FIRST deep-learning based technology start-up company in the world who has obtained ASPICE CL2 certification in 2019.
  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).   
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
  • About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role]

  • Help scale the People & Culture team by bringing proactive operational support and excellence within the function to ensure the highest level of efficiency 
  • Build and provide data intelligence on all parts of function to support an exponentially growing organization

  

[Key Responsibilities]

[Global HR]

  • Develop and execute global onboarding and offboarding programs.
  • Manage overseas subsidiaries and analyze HR-related data.
  • Oversee global mobility processes, including transfers, visa acquisition, and expatriate support.
  • Operate and maintain HR Information Systems(HRIS) (Flex experience preferred).
  • Support various HR and labor-related initiatives.


[Compensation & Benefits (C&B)]

  • Design, manage, and optimize compensation structures aligned with the company’s mission and pay philosophy (e.g., pay bands, job structures, job evaluations).
  • Oversee domestic and international payroll and compensation processes, including review, adjustments, and disbursements.
  • Analyze and prepare reports on compensation-related data to support decision-making.


[Basic Qualifications] 

  • 7+ years of experience in HR and compensation roles (including at least 2 years in global HR).
  • Proven working experience in compensation planning and operations
  • Hands-on experience in GHR (excluding compensation-specific roles) across at least two regions among Germany, the US, China, and Japan

 

[Preferred Qualifications] 

  • Experience in building local GHR frameworks and systems.
  • Compensation and payroll experience in organizations with 300+ employees (preferably in tech startups or large enterprises).
  • Proficiency in English for professional communication.
  • Prior experience managing expatriates.
  • Data tool and dashboard tool proficiency
