  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).   
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
  • About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role] 

  • As a Sr. Requirements Engineer(Driving&Parking Group), you will manage AD and ADAS related requirements from customers or market/industry research. You are responsible for developing requirement specification as well. 
  • In this role, you will also communicate/negotiate with the internal engineering organization, customers and business development team, and keep the requirements up to date for the internal engineering organization.  

 

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Elicit automotive standards and regulations to software requirements. 
  • Manage and document software requirement specifications at the software level per ASPICE process of SWE.1. 
  • Maintain and manage the traceability/consistency of all requirement specifications throughout the product development lifecycle from stakeholder requirements. 
  • Oversee the operation of the requirement engineering and keep the process of requirement engineering up-to-date to maximize efficiency. 
  • Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of the software requirements.
  • Ensure that the software design and development activities align with the defined software requirements.
  • Ensure that all software requirements are tested and validated as part of the software verification and validation process.
  • Ensure that the software requirements meet quality standards and adhere to industry standards, such as ISO 26262 for functional safety.
  • Ensure compliance with ASPICE requirements engineering processes.


[Basic Qualifications] 

  • 5+ years of related experience in automotive industry or IT, SW related industry 
  • 2+ year experience in requirement engineering 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer, Automotive or Mechanical engineering  
  • Strong understanding of automotive software development lifecycle per ASPICE/Functional Safety 
  • Experience of automotive industry requirement management tool; CodeBeamer, Polarion, DOORS, Enterprise Architecture etc. 
  • Excellent communication skills in written, spoken, and presentation forms 
  • Excellent requirement engineering skills about elicitation/analysis/writing/verification of requirements 
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written 

 

[Preferred Qualifications] 

  • 2+ years experience in ADAS(Parking or Driving feature) or safety related product of ASIL-B or above  
  • Experience of active safety products & technologies; ADAS, camera, embedded platforms, etc. 
  • Understanding of software architectures related to ADAS/AD Parking or Driving systems
  • Understanding of deep learning, computer vision, image sensing or embedded systems 3+ years of experience in AD and ADAS project teams 
  • Experience of working with local automotive customers(OEMs, Tier-1s) with regard to ADAS/AD division
