  • STRADVISION has also been honored with the AutoSens Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Software for Perception Systems’(Gold Award Winner) for 2 years in a row(2021, 2022).   
  • STRADVISION’s outstanding technology was recognized worldwide by successfully completing the Series C funding at KRW 107.6 billion with Aptiv and ZF Group in August, 2022.
  • About 167 patents related to autonomous driving/ADAS have been acquired in Korea, Japan, US and Europe. As of today, STRADVISION is actively developing our technology to be differentiated.

[Mission of the Role] 

  • As a deep learning algorithm engineer in Driving Team @Product Development Team(Driving Product Team), you will have the opportunity to design and develop deep learning algorithms for STRADVISION’s Driving Product, i.e. camera-based perception software for front facing camera (FFC) and multi camera, spanning from General Safety Regulation (GSR)-compliant FFC, EURONCAP-compliant FFC, L2+/L3 FFC, L3/L4 multi-camera system. Perception features include object detection, VRU detection, semantic segmentation, lane detection, traffic sign/light recognition, to name a few. To achieve a challenging target, only your imagination is the limit. You have the liberty to choose whatever algorithm you can select to achieve the target, including but not limited to machine-learning, 3D vision, discrete/continuous optimization, and so on. 
  • Ability and willingness to flawlessly execute product development in terms of quality and delivery (QD) is required for deep learning engineers. 
  • The driving product team consist of deep learning part, post-processing part, platform engineering part and evaluation part. The deep learning part will closely work with the other parts in Driving production team.    

 

[Key Responsibilities]    

  • To design, develop, and evaluate deep learning algorithms for driving applications for ADAS and AD (autonomous driving)       
  • The fields of applications and algorithms are 
  • Vehicle, VRU detection
  • Traffic sign recognition
  • Traffic light recognition 
  • Light source detection at night (ex. Head/tail lamps of vehicles, streetlights, traffic lights) 
  • Light status recognition (ex. Brake on/off, indicator status, emergency lamp status) 
  • Recognizing the degradation of image quality due to weather, stain, blockage, and so on.
  • Lane detection 
  • Free space, road boundary detection 
  • Lane type and shape recognition 
  • Detecting arbitrary objects on the road 


[Basic Qualifications]     

  • Excellent C/C++ programming skills 
  • Good understanding of software engineering 
  • Understanding of the latest DL research technology 
  • Experience in Caffe(or pytorch)-based DL research

 

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience in ADAS, autonomous driving 
  • Experience in CUDA-based GPU programing 
  • Experience in DL development on embedded devices 
  • M.S. degree in Engineering or a related field
